The performance of a machining system stands and falls with the individual components and the way they interact with each other. To find your best machining configuration, determine your needs in terms of application requirements and systems performance.

The T13 to T20 modular, tube processing platforms (cutting, drilling, welding) are optimized for use with various sizes of work pieces and laser sources:

Laser sources of between 50 and 200 Watt power are available for high speed processing of tubes of various materials and wall thickness. What are your tolerances in terms of kerf width, heat affected zone? What are your requirements for repeatability?

Next evaluate your processing standards: Do you require automatic feeding and handling of work pieces? Automatic cleaning? Do you need to change the cutting geometry often? Are process control and traceability features needed, e.g. to meet FDA requirements? What are present / future production rates? Projected yield? Do you plan to operate 24/7?
